Vice President Kamala Harris Officially secures Democratic Party's Nomination for President of USA. Kamala D. Harris always fights for the people - from her barrier breaking time as District Attorney of San Franciso and Attorney General of California, to proudly serving as a United States Senator and the Vice President.

A member of the Democratic Party, she served as U.S. senator from California from 2017 to 2021, and earlier as the attorney general of California. 

Harris is the Democratic Party's nominee in the 2024 U.S. presidential election.

Kamala Harris is married to Douglas Craig Emhoff (born October 13, 1964) an American lawyer who is the first second gentleman in American federal history.  He is also the first Jewish spouse of an American president or vice president.
