What tattoos really do to your bodies' immune systems - Health dangers are real!

Prevention is better than cure !

With all the existing denials of health dangers of tattoos, I have been encouraged to write on this topic and bring awareness about the existing health dangers of tattoos and it should be avoided at all cost if you have not done so yet.

For those who have tattoos and wish to remove, know that it is costly again and a healing is required.

For some it is cool and like a drug. Just because it looks cool, does not make it right. People can pay lots of money and go to great extents and even travel if needed, just for a tattoo!

In a fallen world what does the bible say about tattoos?

Okay, if we wish to see more healthy people it starts with us and warn the ignorant.

All signs show more and more people are turning away from Christianity or a godly lifestyle.

Man is a Spirit living in a human body possessing a soul.

If you take the Bible word for word, in Leviticus 19:28, its exact translation is: ”....... and writing marks you will not make on you; I am the Lord.” That is the only explicit mention of body modifications written in the Bible.

So people may say or defend that it is in the Old Testament. However the greatest book of wisdom (proverbs) is equally found in the Old Testament. You cannot eat your pie and have it all or pick and choose.

Fortunately, as healthdangers have been real, some have made tattoos more safe.

Health is wealth and ignorance is costly!

We live in a world where more and more, ‘good is called bad’ and ‘bad or evil is called good’.

Let’s use wisdom.

THINK BEFORE YOU INK: TATTOO HEALTH RISKS!

Skin disease appears.

Getting a tattoo can trigger some conditions, such as psoriasis or eczema, to appear in or around the tattoo. When it's likely to appear: If you carry the genes for psoriasis, getting a tattoo can trigger a psoriasis flare or cause psoriasis to appear for the first time.

QUESTIONS OF WHICH YOU SHOULD KNOW THE ANSWER:

Are tattoos bad for your liver?

That being said, the danger of having someone stick ink-laden needles into my body doesn't escape me. Especially now when, as reported by MindBodyGreen, tattoos can lead to an unhealthy liver. ... "Exposure to these metals and toxins can place an extreme burden on the liver and the other detox organs," explains Scheller.

Do tattoos weaken your immune system?

Tattooing creates a permanent image by inserting ink into tiny punctures under the topmost layer of skin. ... So getting a new tattoo triggers your immune system to send white blood cells called macrophages to eat invaders and sacrifice themselves to protect against infection.

Are tattoos bad for your blood?

Giving blood after recently getting a tattoo can be dangerous. Though uncommon, an unclean tattoo needle can carry a number of blood borne viruses, such as: hepatitis B. hepatitis C.

Why are tattoos so addictive?

Your body releases a hormone called adrenaline when under stress. The pain you feel from the tattoo needle can produce this stress response, triggering a sudden burst of energy often referred to as an adrenaline rush.

Why are tattoos bad?

What bad stuff does tattoo ink have in it? Considering that some tattoo inks have the same hardcore ingredients used in printing and car paint, the answer is unsurprising: chemicals that cause cancer. Tattoo pigment can contain heavy metals like mercury, cadmium, lead and arsenic.

Can tattoos cause skin problems?
Tattoos breach the skin, which means that skin infections and other complications are possible, including: Allergic reactions. Tattoo dyes — especially red, green, yellow and blue dyes — can cause allergic skin reactions, such as an itchy rash at the tattoo site. This can occur even years after you get the tattoo.

Why do old tattoos raise up and itch?
When temperatures and humidity rise, it can make your tattoo swell slightly. This swelling causes a slight itch.

Use common sense before you do a tattoo.

How long for a cut to heal?

How long it takes to heal a wound depends on how large or deep the cut is. It may take up to a few years to completely heal. An open wound may take longer to heal than a closed wound. According to Johns Hopkins Medicine, after about 3 months, most wounds are repaired.

In a milder way:

How long does cut skin take to heal?

Most scrapes heal well with home treatment and do not scar. Minor scrapes may be uncomfortable, but they usually heal within 3 to 7 days. The larger and deeper the scrape, the longer it will take to heal. A large, deep scrape may take up to 1 to 2 weeks or longer to heal.

How do you know when skin is healing?

Signs the Wound Healing Process Is Working

  1. Scab formation. Cuts, scrapes, and puncture wounds typically undergo three stages of healing: bleeding, clotting, and scab formation. ...
  2. Initial swelling. Swelling occurs as a result of your immune system working to repair your wound. ...
  3. New tissue growth. ...
  4. Scar formation.

Additionally, let’s not deny that tattoos are a big business and they make huge money. Hey, not on my timewatch. Let’s keep our body healthy and clean which is a DIVINE responsibility.

On a more fortunate side there are places where there ink without having to have needles enter into the skin, to avoid the above.

Altogether know that your body is your temple and you are responsible to take good care of it. A body full of tattoos may be attractive to some and a big turnoff to others.

This is actually a very interesting question. Anything that is injected into the skin will eventually find its way into a skin-draining lymph node. If you ever get the chance to do/view a surgery or necropsy of a tattooed person, you can see something that might surprise you: their lymph nodes will be colored (usually blue/black) with ink.

If any part of the ink is toxic to the cells that make up the node, there could be cell death and indeed ‘damage’ to that lymph node, rendering it less effective.

Also, any antigens that may be a part of the ink will be presented by (primarily) dendritic cells to T cells. If any part of the ink is similar enough, molecularly, to the specificity of a T cell receptor, it could create a memory T population that might react in the future.

There was a recent study that concluded that getting a tattoo was associated with a temporary immune suppression due to release of cortisol, a stress hormone. This is the same type of immune suppression associated with all types of stress, so it wasn’t a surprise. Your immune system isn’t weakened for the long term, as it bounces back when the stress is removed. People with many tattoos have less of a stress response (because they are used to it) and so they are less affected.

In all your getting, get understanding.
